HPD Series direct on line start control panels are designed to get the most out of Hevvy/Toyo Pumps and protect them. HPD control panels come already setup by Hevvy/Toyo Engineers ensuring proper selecting, sizing, and optimal use of our pumps.

HPS series
SOFT START CONTROL PANELS (ABB SOFT STARTER)
HPS Series soft start control panels allow for more frequent start/stop cycles by reducing the in-rush current during starts, keeping the motor cooler. In addition to reducing the risk of overheating, the HPS series reduces the impact of start/stop cycles on piping systems by reducing water hammer and cavitation experienced during starting.

The HPS Series soft start control panels allows for more frequent pump starts by offering a less harsh starting sequence that reduces in-rush currents which is safer and gentler on the motor and creates less heat build up and reduces the chance of damage due to water hammer and cavitation effect during startup.
