Companies Doing It Right!

a reliable and long-lasting pumping solution for a food producer’s wastewater management needs

A large American food producer faced persistent maintenance issues with their wastewater pumping system; these ongoing problems were a significant concern for the company. Upon switching to our HS pumps, they ensured uninterrupted operations and significantly reduced their maintenance requirements.

Designed to succeed in an sulphuric acid EDP application where others have failed

A large zinc producer had a problem with an EDP sump; the content was not only acidic but also full of solids; their pumps couldn’t handle the content of the sump and turned to us to get a duplex stainless CD4MU with a Brinell of +350 pump which has been in operation for almost 2 years with minimal downtime.

Providing an economical solution for a sand plant without sacrificing efficiency

A large plant in the South East of the United States needed to pump sand and gravel on a budget; after careful consideration and looking at what was available on the market, they set in on our HT pumps as they offered many features found in premium offerings at a competitive price and are outperforming lower cost options.

With the HS Series, it’s all in the seal!

When we designed the HS pump we made sure we engineered the perfect seal to accompany it.

HS Series seals are individually protected and in tandem configuration. This means each set of springs are protected from the slurry and provides equal and real backup in the event a lower seal is compromised. Next, we made some industry-leading advancements in the seal chamber itself. We incorporated anti-vortex oil veins, which ensure the seal remains clean and lubricated without the internal eddies and vortexes created by oil lifters. Then, we boosted the pressure venting in the seal chamber to allow for greater submergence as well as less internal pressure on the seal itself.

Individually protected and configured in a tandem arrangement that ensures equal backup and protection in case one seal is compromised.

Industry-leading advancements in the seal chamber prevent the formation of eddies and vortexes, ensuring a clean and lubricated seal without the interference of internal flow disturbances.

Makes it suitable for applications where intermittent dry running may occur.

Provides enhanced protection against heat and safeguards the motor from excessive temperature and prevents potential damage.

We’ve designed and pre-configured control panels so you can protect and get the most out our pumping solutions

Our HPD Series of direct on line start control panels are designed to ensure optimal use of your pumps which results in reducing the maintenance and total cost of ownership.

Our HPS Series soft start control panels allow for more frequent pump starts by offering a less harsh starting sequence that reduces in-rush currents which is safer and gentler on the motor and creates less heat build-up and reduces the chance of damage due to water hammer and cavitation effect during startup.

Our HPD and HPS Series control panels come pre-configured to provide the peace of mind that comes from knowing it was engineered to the highest safety standards.

  • Maximum Flexibility

If your pump performance requirements change, simply change the pumping end to ensure you are always achieving maximum productivity and efficiency.

  • Cost Savings

No need to buy a brand new piece of equipment when system requirements change. Just change the pump end. If you can standardize on the same pumping ends throughout your plant then you can greatly reduce the need for excessive spare parts inventory.

  • Increased Productivity

Production is profit. When systems change the lead times of some custom drive units can not only be long but also expensive. If you can recycle your drive unit and simply change your pumping end you can get back into production quicker, cheaper, with less downtime required.
