In Hevvy Pumps, we have created a brand that embodies both imagination and technological advancement. Over the course
of our 40 year history as Toyo Pumps, the company has progressively evolved. Our valued customers have helped to shape us, and from years of listening to their particular needs, dreams and continuous positive feedback – we created the Hevvy Pumps product line to service these requirements. We don’t believe in relying on past merits alone. Make no mistake – the Toyo name has served us well. Toyo is a proven technology, despite being developed years ago. Hevvy is about embracing our proven Toyo technology and incorporating it into our new designs to both improve and create better products.
Hevvy/Toyo Pumps is embracing proven technology and incorporating it into our new designs to push the limits of technology and design, to propel the future and challenge the industry to be more reliable, efficient and accountable to its customers and the environment. It is an exciting new future when “heritage” and “imagination” meet to benefit both worlds.
Doing the right thing isn’t always easy. It is easy, however, to know whether a course of action is right. If we ask ourselves, “is this right?” we already know the answer.
We have a “can do” attitude! Which means saying we ‘can’ before saying we ‘can’t’. We will think of 3 ways we “can” do something before communicating a reason why it can’t be done. We find the challenge of creating solutions or reasons to make something work more fun than quickly dismissing it as a possibility because we can’t be bothered to challenge our minds to see beyond the simple response.
We will speak up, be vocal champions for our customers’ needs inside the organization. We understand that by acting on behalf of our customers that we will do our best for them and be successful as a result. Positivity and passion is contagious. We will surround ourselves with positive and passionate energy and seek out to eradicate negativity.
We will interact with every aspect of the company: customers, property, resources, suppliers and fellow team member as if it was our company. We will do our best to embrace our inner “entrepreneur” looking for opportunities to add to the busines and make the kind of decisions we would make as if the success of the corporation rested solely on our shoulders.
We will seek first to understand before being understood and be respectful in our communication with any of our interested parties. We are committed to open, honest, and direct dialogue that is respectful. We will have difficult conversations earlier rather than later and not be afraid of the results as long as we are operating with honesty, integrity, and in a respectful way.
Any employee who is found to participate in acts of bribery or corruption, either directly or indirectly, will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including immediate termination of employment. Our quality team monitors, corrects and proactively works to keep us on track. Our customers are asking for the best and we will happily continue working hard to provide nothing less!
